Physicochemical properties: This product is light yellow crystalline powder with melting point of 220 C (chlorobenzene recrystallization). It is insoluble in water, soluble in organic solvents and concentrated acids. It has bright blue fluorescence. The maximum absorption wavelength is 367 nm (DMF) and the maximum emission wavelength is 429 nm. Product use
Mainly used for commercial whitening agent EBL can also be used for whitening and brightening of various polyolefin plastics, ABS engineering plastics, plexiglass, etc.
It belongs to benzoxazole whitening agent, light yellow crystal. Melting point 22 C. It is insoluble in water and belongs to non-ionic type. It can resist hard water, acid and alkali. 2-Chloromethyl benzoxazole was synthesized from o-aminophenol and chloroacetic acid (or 2-chloroacetyl chloride) in the presence of catalyst, then condensed with sodium sulfide, and finally reacted with glyoxal to obtain the product.
Commodities with yellowish uniform dispersions after processing. It is mainly used for whitening of polyester fibers and has excellent sunshine fastness. It can also be used for whitening plastics, coatings, acetic acid fibers, nylon, polyvinyl chloride fibers, etc.
Mixed with fluorescent whitening agent DT, it has obvious synergistic and whitening effect.
