Performance characteristics:
Fluorescent Brightener Agent ER-2 belongs to stilbene compounds and is insoluble in water. It has good solubility in most organic solvents and is stable to cationic softener. It can be used in the same bath with sodium hypochlorite, hydrogen peroxide and reductive bleaching agent and is nonionic. It can be used for whitening polyester, acetic acid, nylon and other fibers. Its light fastness is grade 5 and washing fastness is excellent. In the application of polyester fibers, both dip and pad dyeing can obtain higher whiteness values. It is especially suitable for whitening polyester fibers by low temperature adsorption and fixation method.

Raw materials and formulations:
Fluorescent brightener ER 0.3-1.5% sodium bicarbonate (industrial) 1.0% lavocal AFR 1.0% Acetic acid (98%) 0.55g/liter ratio 1:5-40 PH = 4-5
The whitening liquor is prepared according to the formula and put into polyester products. The temperature rises to 50 degrees C at the rate of 1-1.5 degrees centigrade per minute and lasts for 30 minutes. Then the product is washed with cold water to cool down and dried. Packing: Packed in cardboard drums with net weight of 25kg per drum.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry warehouse.
