Application Range and Characteristics: This product is suitable for two-bath or one-bath whitening treatment of cotton and polyester-cotton blended fabrics. It has higher visual whiteness and can resist weak acid, alkali and hydrogen peroxide. PH value (1% aqueous solution): 7.0-9.0
Performance and characteristics:
1. It has high fluorescence whitening effect and slightly blue light.
2. It is insensitive to light and has stable chemical properties.
3. It has good resistance to weak acidity, perborate and hydrogen peroxide.
Scope of application: It is suitable for whitening cotton, polyester and cotton blended fabrics and one bath whitening of cotton blended fabrics.
Application methods
1. Imbibition method: Dosage: 0.1-0.8% (o.w.f) bath ratio: 1:10-30 temperature * time: 90-100 30-40 min, washing, drying.
2. Scouring, oxygen bleaching and fluorescent whitening in one bath: Dosage: 0.2% - 0.8% (o.w.f) hydrogen peroxide: 5 - 15 g / L Stabilizer: 1-5g/l NaOH: 2-4g/l Scouring agent: 0.5-1 g/l Bath ratio: 1:10-30 temperature * time: 90-100 30-40 min, washing, drying. (The specific process can be adjusted according to different needs.)
Packing and Storage: 25 kg or 50 kg cardboard drums lined with plastic bags, stored in a cool, dry place, away from light.
